AI-native system architecture 路 Ontology Machine
I build local, evidence-bound AI systems and bring the Ontology Machine into customer environments as a licensable application.
Open-core source, commercial distribution, on-site installation, support, and custom development from one technical owner.
My work sits between architecture, development, and field hardening. I do not only design prompts or interfaces. I define how the system moves: data flow, state, agent boundaries, evidence trails, local runtimes, update paths, and handover to real users.
Ontology Machine
The Ontology Machine is a local Windows system that turns source material into evidence-bound corpus databases, semantic releases, query surfaces, taxonomies, and ontology lenses.
The public core is visible. The official distribution, runtime bundles, updater, installation, support, and customer-specific extensions are provided commercially.
For organizations that need to work with documents, research material, transcripts, internal knowledge, or complex cases in a structured, local, and inspectable way.
The core remains open. Official customer distribution, productive installation, updates, support, and custom development run through a commercial licensing and delivery channel.
The Ontology Machine can be delivered as an official customer package. Scope, term, support, and adaptations are defined in a written offer before work starts.
Use & distribution
Rights for the official customer distribution.
Customer environment
Setup in a real Windows environment.
Operation
Technical support for productive use.
Extension
Individual workflows, connectors, and system parts.
The Ontology Machine and similar systems are useful when sources, knowledge, internal processes, or research collections need to be structured, queried, and extended in a traceable way.
Not a good fit: generic chatbot wrappers, simple websites, prompt-only campaigns, or projects that do not need an inspectable data and system structure.
05 / Contact
Send a short email if you want to license the Ontology Machine, install it locally, arrange support, or solve a custom software problem with a similar architecture.
The first exchange is non-binding. If the project fits, I can prepare a written offer with scope, required material, price, duration, delivery format, and acceptance conditions.
Work starts only after written acceptance of a concrete offer. Availability, prices, and scope are not automatically promised by this website.
